At Prism & Stone, we are committed to ensuring that your stones are delivered securely and on time. Below, you will find details regarding our available delivery options, costs, and terms.

Delivery Options & Costs

All available delivery options and prices will be shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address.

  • Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location.

  • Some delivery options may not be available for certain areas.

We offer multiple delivery options to suit your needs, including:

  • Standard Delivery - 4 working days

  • Express Delivery - 3 working days

  • Priority Delivery - 2 working days

Orders Up to 25kg

  • Orders up to 25kg will be securely packed and sent via a courier service.

  • All deliveries require a date selection at checkout.

Orders Over 25kg

  • Orders exceeding 25kg will be packed and shipped using a suitable courier or pallet delivery service.

  • Deliveries over 25kg may be offloaded using a pallet truck. Please make necessary arrangements for placement and storage.

  • A delivery date must be selected at checkout.

Important Delivery Terms

  • Delivery Days/Hours: Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Order Cut-Off Time: To qualify for some delivery services, orders must be placed before 1 PM. Orders placed after 1 PM will be processed on the next working day.

  • Additional Charges: Some postcodes may incur extra delivery fees.
